Hammons, Chairman of the Board of Directors, announced today that National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. has finalized a line of credit agreement with Columbus-based Diversified Ventures Group, LLC (Columbus, Ohio - December 4, 2007) National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. announced plans that it has negotiated and finalized a line of credit agreement with Diversified Ventures Group, LLC, a Columbus Ohio-based real estate investment firm. The announcement was made by the company's Board Chairman, Steven W. Hammons. According to Hammons, the company has received a revolving line of credit through 2012. The details and terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Hammons stated that, "The agreement with Diversified Ventures Group will provide us with the necessary working capital to expand our nationwide real estate investment base." Hammons further stated that, "In addition to the line of credit, Diversified Ventures Group, we will also be working with them as joint venture partners on future real estate projects". In addition to Hammons, National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. is also owned by Carolyn S. Taylor, President & Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his duties as Board Chairman, Hammons also serves as the company's Chief Operations & Marketing Officer.
