National real estate investing firm will acquire real estate investing websites from the Ohio-based consulting & management company. (Maryville, Tennessee - June 24, 2006) Steven W. Hammons, Board Chairman, announced today that National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. has agreed in principle to acquire Ohio-based QuantumGroup International Corp. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed. However, Hammons did state, "Our initial plan is to license the domaim names to determine which ones we want to actually purchase." Hammons went on to say, "The acquisition of QuantumGroup International's six national websites will provide our company with additional market share in the area of real estate investing, consulting and financial services." The announcement to acquire the Ohio-based company comes immediately after National Real Estate Buyers & Associates' announcement to move its corporate office to Columbus Ohio. "The acquisition of QuantumGroup International was part of of our long term strategy to move our offices to Ohio", Hammons stated. Hammons also stated, "The acquisition is scheduled to be finalized by the end of the year."
